Designer
A pupil of Enzo Mari, he graduated in industrial design in Florence. After collaborating with internationally renowned designers, he dedicated himself to researching the sense of beauty, art, ethics and communication. In 1991 he opened his own graphic and industrial design studio. He has worked for more than two hundred successful national and multinational companies.
He is one of the founders of the non-profit cultural association, NaturalArte, Paolo contributes to the growth of the Selvart park, a targeted example of regeneration and redevelopment of a natural wooded path, little known and today visited by more than one hundred thousand people a year, on the plateau of the 7 Municipalities.
For twenty years he has also been the editor of a magazine that explores the trends, uses and customs related to the culture of contemporary art. Communicator, graphic designer, photographer and director, he anticipates trends and new products with a creative and innovative spirit.
In collaboration with Altek Italia Design, he developed the INCONTRI LIGHT modular screen system, equipped with self-supporting elements covered in elastic fabric and illuminated by LEDs in the lower support, the LIL chair-sculpture, made with a chromed rectangular tube structure, usable as a luggage rack or magazine rack, and the BLOOM armchair, with painted steel structure and padded cushion with removable fireproof synthetic leather or eco-leather cover.
